Class Descriptions

Cardio Line Dancing
Combination of line dance routines that incorporates cardio and muscle conditioning.
Beginner classes: Tuesdays at 11 am

Circuit Training Stations
Combine for a cardio and intense muscle work.
For all levels

Group Training / Cardio Training
Combines cardio and intense muscle work with little or no choreography.
For all levels

Low Impact Conditioning
Cardio and muscle conditioning for the entire body.
For all levels. Beginner class: Wednesdays at 10 am

Sculpt & Stretch / Strength Training
An intermediate muscle conditioning class with concentrated stretching.
Beginner class: Mondays at 11:05 am

Senior Stretch & Flex
A class developed to keep joints and muscles healthy.

Introduction to Line Dancing
Designed to teach beginners a variety of line dance routines.
For all levels. First Monday of the month at 6:15 pm

A beginner class designed to demonstrate and teach basic choreography using the step.
For all levels. Last Monday of the month at 9:15 am

Step & Sculpt
An intermediate step choreography class with intense muscle conditioning.
Beginner class: Mondays at 11:05 am

Conscious muscle control designed to strengthen and tone muscles while improving posture, balance & flexibility.  Variations demonstrated to accommodate those new to Pilates.
Beginner class: Thursdays at 9:45 am

Zumba/Zumba Toning
Combination of  Latin dance steps that incorporates cardio and muscle conditioning.

Muscle Blast
This class involves sculpting with weights, bands or ball engaging the upper and lower body.
For all levels 

Cardio BLAST
This class involves aerobic training engaging full body.
For all levels 

Selah: Stretch & Strength
Incorporates positions that lengthen muscles and build strength. The focus is directed towards worship of Christ, with scriptural themes for each class directing participants toward forgiveness, mercy, healing and other blessings found in the grace of God. Each class begins with a devotion or prayer, then warm up, followed by a strength building and stretching series of poses. Core strengthening may be incorporated. The class ends with a time of relaxation and meditation or quiet prayer.
