Rivertree Singers Perform “Requiem for the Living”

Rivertree Singers, an ensemble of young professionals from Greenville, SC, is known for passionate performances of serious choral music and spirited renditions of folk and popular songs. Now in its fifth season and under the direction of Warren Cook, Rivertree Singers has invited other accomplished musicians to join them in this performance of Dan Forrest’s highly acclaimed Requiem for the Living – a stirring and uplifting work exploring pain, loss, redemption, peace and rest. The 130-voice chorus and chamber orchestra bring to Greenville a magnificent composition that has been performed at Carnegie Hall and around the world.
