Big Question and Answer
When can we trust God? Always!
Memory Verse
Those who know Your name put their trust in you. Psalm 9:10
Summary
The Israelites reached the land God had promised them. Moses sent 12 scouts to check it out. After exploring, the scouts reported that the land was very good, just like God had said. However, 10 of the spies were scared of the people in the land. Joshua and Caleb proclaimed that the land was good and that the Israelites could take it with God’s help. The people trusted the 10 spies and became angry. Since the people didn’t trust God, Joshua and Caleb were the only ones God allowed into the Promised Land. The Israelites wandered in the wilderness for 40 years.
