Organization: The Timothy Initiative (TTI)

Story

In the TTI ministry, our goal is to plant 1,250 house churches across Sri Lanka and to reach 10 unreached people groups living in Sri Lanka. Currently, we have planted 500 house churches and have reached 4 unreached people groups.

In the coming days, from Resurrection Sunday to Pentecost Sunday, we will focus more on gospel sharing, discipleship, and church planting.

Victory

In our local church, the young adult group has stepped forward to start new churches. By God’s grace, they have begun house churches in different locations. We targeted planting five churches, and it has been successful. Praise be to God!

Testimony

In November of 2025, parts of our country were devastated by massive flooding caused by a cyclone. During the time of this natural disaster our church organized times to go out and share the love of Christ with those who were affected. In addition to serving them by meeting physical needs, we also had a chance to share the gospel in new places. We distributed food items, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items. The people who received these relief packets were blessed and they were very thankful. Financial gifts from Taylors First Baptist Church helped provide the resources needed to respond to those who were suffering. Your gifts helped demonstrate the Love of Christ in a tangible way!

Prayer Requests

We are planning to carry out a 50-day Gospel sharing ministry in the coming days. Please uphold us in your prayers. The theme is “Raise the Dead.”

We are also praying for new young people to step forward for the ministry and to help plant new ministries in new locations.

Please also pray for my (Sana) complete healing as I deal with some lingering health issues.
