Our Life Group class was formed in the mid-1970’s from a previous men’s group that had lost their teacher. We later named our class “The John Boudoucies Memorial Sunday School Class” in memory of John who was a class member for many years. Our class is currently led by Greg Below.
At some point we started using the “Explore the Bible” study series. Since then, we have studied completely through the Bible several times, always focusing our teaching and discussions on Jesus.
Our group has done many local missionary projects such as Bridgepointe Church, Miracle Hill, and Camp Greenville.
On several occasions we have held our class in the home of class or church members who were unable to attend due to sickness or end of life situations. This has been a particularly rewarding experience for each class member’s spiritual growth.
We are all close friends and have social outings during the year, but the one thing we focus on consistently is our group and individual prayer life. We support each other and our church in our prayers.
