Thank you for praying for the South Asia Valley Outreach Team!

Our recent trip to South Asia was filled with learning, sharing our faith, and building relationships. We started in the capital city, where we trained with local partners to understand the culture and the discipleship tools we would be teaching in a remote village. As we explored the city, we encountered many people devoted to Hinduism and Buddhism. Seeing the ever-present reality of lostness reminded us of the importance of sharing the good news of Jesus. Despite the challenges, we had opportunities to share our stories and introduce the gospel.

Next, we traveled to a remote village to help local believers grow in their faith and learn how to share it with others. The journey was long, but the beautiful landscape and welcoming people made it worthwhile. We trained believers in sharing their testimonies and presenting the gospel, encouraging those facing persecution. Some had left the faith because of family and community pressure, but we prayed that they would return to Christ and rely on the Holy Spirit for strength and perseverance.

In the village, we led discipleship training, focusing on staying close to Christ, enduring hardships, and embracing God’s mission. The believers’ dedication, despite challenges, was inspiring, and they showed us deep gratitude. Their eagerness to learn and apply what they were taught demonstrated their strong commitment to spreading the gospel.

Back in the city, we immersed ourselves in the local culture, visited historical sites, and learned more about the region’s major religions. Worshiping with our partners in a house-church strengthened our connection with fellow believers. This trip reminded us of the urgent need for prayer, support, and future mission efforts. We invite you to be part of this mission—by going, sending, or praying for the gospel to reach every corner of South Asia.

Invite one of the team members from this trip to your Life Group or ministry area to share their personal reflections!
