Summer can be tricky when it comes to scheduling events, everyone is on vacation, students are working, but it was such a blessing to see students seeking and desiring community at our Lunch & Learns and at Summer Nights. We focused on God, who He is and how He’s revealed Himself to us in His Word. We looked at his attributes, so that by truly knowing God we might truly love God.
FUGE at North Greenville University was a great time for us to step away from the regular rhythms of life so that we might be undistracted as we encounter God. This past summer was a great time to develop intentional relationships with students as I started out in this role. I pray the momentum from this summer in relationships, our weekly gatherings, and time at FUGE will carry over as we begin the fall semester!
